AMD Ryzen™ Mobile Processors: Great Gaming, Anywhere

AMD Ryzen™ processors have taken the world by storm and represent AMD’s commitment to innovation. This year, AMD will deliver the world’s best mobile processors with more performance and cores than ever before.1

Through 2022, AMD will introduce AMD Ryzen™ 6000 Series mobile processors, with the new “Zen 3+” processor cores that deliver significant improvement to power efficiency and battery life. This all-new SoC architecture supports new technologies like LPDDR5 memory, USB4™ – with speeds up to 40Gbps – AV1 video decoding, WiFi 6E, and Microsoft Pluton security.

As the first processor to feature RDNA™ 2 graphics architecture, expect to see the world’s most powerful graphics built into a processor, providing leading visuals and game performance like never before; and support for AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution – a cutting-edge upscaling technology AMD introduced last year.2

AMD Ryzen™ Desktop Processors: Off-the-Charts Performance

It’s not just AMD mobile processors in the limelight this year; AMD is introducing the AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D, the world’s fastest desktop gaming processor.3 The first processor to feature 3D-stacked L3 cache via AMD 3D V-Cache™ Technology, the 5800X3D enables an average of 15% better 1080p gaming performance than the Ryzen™ 9 5900X .4

This leap in performance is thanks to cutting-edge 3D stacking technology, 8 cores, and boost clocks of up to 4.5GHz, as well as an unmatched 96MB of L3 cache for wildly fast memory accesses. 5 It’s a gaming desktop processor with the raw performance to dominate the latest titles with a suite of technology innovations that establish it as the go-to processor for gamers.

Those looking to upgrade will appreciate the Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D processor’s drop-in ready functionality for the AM4 platform on AMD 400 and 500 Series chipsets. Partners and customers can expect general availability for the AMD Ryzen™ 75800X3D processor in spring of this year.
